Work hours:

* Telemarketer Responsibilities:
Understand campaign objectives and work towards achieving key targets Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate interest and identify new opportunities Speak with decision-makers to understand business needs and qualify leads Build and nurture relationships to increase brand awareness and engagement Track telemarketing activity and provide regular campaign updates to the Team Leader Accurately maintain and update CRM records with all customer interactions Carry out market research to strengthen industry knowledge and campaign awareness Collaborate with internal teams to share campaign feedback and highlight any issues

Skills and Experience:

Previous outbound sales experience, ideally within telemarketing or telesales Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner Strong relationship-building and rapport-creating abilities Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines IT literate, with experience using CRM systems and MS Office to include Word, Outlook, and Excel Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong team-player mentality Midas Recruitment provides recruitment services, employing temporary staff and placing permanent employees.
