Overview on the Role
As B2B New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning new customers across the Ho Re Ca sector while growing a portfolio of newly acquired accounts. This is a highly proactive, field-based sales role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target and acquire new customers across the Ho Re Ca channel
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through territory mapping and proactive prospecting
- Drive the full sales process from initial outreach through to conversion
- Use cold calling, networking, social selling and face-to-face meetings to generate opportunities
- Maximise commercial opportunities and support the successful activation of new customers
- Develop strong market and customer insight to identify emerging opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B new business or business development
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with in Ho Re Ca , hospitality or the wider out-of-home sector would be highly advantageous
- A proactive, entrepreneurial and self-starting approach
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, resilient and comfortable working independently
- Passion for winning new business and closing opportunities
