Sales Manager

• Join the EMEA Power Sales Team
• Drive growth for Vaisala's transformer DGA monitoring solutions
• Manage a defined sales territory in the EMEA area
• Interact with distributors, EPCs, OEMs, and key end customers
• Conduct active international field sales at customer premises
• Achieve sales targets for defined countries
• Develop sales through the existing distributor network by supporting sales opportunities, monitoring performance, and ensuring product knowledge
• Analyze new markets and identify potential distributors and customers
• Manage and develop key accounts directly
• Perform outside sales with frequent international travel
• Participate in expeditions and fairs

• Solid experience of international product or system sales
• Experience from the transformer/high voltage industry
• Motivation, curiosity and passion to grow the business
• Customer focused mindset
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English; other languages are considered as a plus
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. (or equivalent) in a technical or commercial discipline

Demonstrates expertise in international product sales within the transformer and high voltage industry, with a strong customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage key accounts effectively. Proficient in developing sales strategies and supporting distributor networks to drive business growth.
