Remuneration: £60,000 - £80,000 + bonus tbc

RoleThe role of the Business Development Manager
- Building Envelope Systems will involve:
- Business Development Manager position promoting the installation services of external envelope systems such as; cladding, SFS, curtain walling, rainscreen, windows & glazing
- All of your time will be spent selling to main contractors and sub-contractors
- Turnover target circa £3-5m
- Average project size are £1m
- Majority of your time will be spent generating new business
- Projects include; student accommodation, high-rise resident, affordable homes, office blocks and luxury homes
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager
- Building Envelope Systems with:
- Must have business development experience in the building envelope, facades, cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling, fenestration sectors
- Must have sold to main contractors & sub-contractors
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to hit the ground runningIT literate
