Are you an experienced automotive sales professional ready for your next challenge?
Our client is looking for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join their sales team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident sales leader who can drive performance, develop team members, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
🚗 The Role You'll be responsible for supporting and managing the sales team, driving new vehicle sales, maximising profitability, and ensuring customers receive a first-class experience throughout the sales process.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
Drive new vehicle sales and achieve agreed targets
Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Coach and develop team members to improve performance
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Ensure sales processes are followed consistently
Maximise sales opportunities and profitability
Work closely with the wider team to achieve business objectives🧰 What We're Looking For
Proven experience within automotive sales
Previous Sales Manager experience is desirable
Strong leadership and communication skills
