- Fri 9am - 6pm / every other Saturday 10am – 4pm Pool Car or Car allowance Our client is a boutique, high-performing estate agency in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea. They are seeking an experienced and driven Sales/Senior Negotiator to join their successful sales team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and results for both vendors and buyers.

They are looking for someone with around 2 years’ proven experience within residential property sales, who is confident managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion. You’ll need excellent knowledge of the local property market, strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Your determination to meet and exceed sales targets will come naturally to you, alongside a proactive and commercially minded approach.

Your ability to negotiate effectively, generate new business and develop strong relationships with vendors and buyers will be a winning asset in this fast-paced, high-performing environment.

The Role Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers and sellers. Register, qualify, and match applicants with suitable properties. Arrange and conduct viewings, providing exceptional customer service. Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities. Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to completion. Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular client updates and ensure excellent communication throughout.

Ensure offers are financially qualified, accurately presented, and confirmed in writing. Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to branch growth. Maintain accurate CRM records, including applicant details, feedback, and sales progression. Essential Skills :
