Circa £50,000 basic salary + Up to £1,800 month bonus and 15% annual bonus – OTE Circa £75,000 + tax efficient company car

This role of Sales Performance Manager will be working directly for the Manufacturer and travelling to the regions retailers acrossthe West Midlands.
Our client is flexible on where you are based as long as youlive in the West Midlands and are flexible to travel throughout the region.
Position Overview
The Sales Performance Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and
achieving commercial targets within a designated geographic zone. This role involves
managing relationships with dealers, executing sales strategies, and ensuring that the
brand's presence and performance are optimized within the assigned area. The Sales
Performance Manager plays a crucial role in aligning local sales activities with broader
company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales goals withinthe assigned zoneby developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Dealer Network Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships withdealers, ensuring they are fully supported and motivated toachieve sales
targets. Provide training and resources to improve dealer performance.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Implement sales initiatives and promotional activitiesin alignment with the company's overall strategy. Monitor and adjust strategies
based on performance metrics and market conditions.
Market Analysis:
Conduct regular market research and analysis to identifyopportunities and threats within the zone. Provide insights and recommendations
to the Regional Operations Manager.
Brand Representation:
Serve as the face of the brand within the zone, ensuringconsistent and positive brand representation across allsales channels.
Customer Satisfaction:
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels,working with dealers to address any issues and improve the overall customer
experience.
Performance Reporting:
Prepare and deliver regular reportson salesperformance, market trends, and dealer activities to the Regional Operations
Manager.
Requirements:
Professional experience: more than 8 years of work experience in automobile
Sales management and dealer network management;
Abundant resources and relationship with dealer group and dealers;
Excellent management skills, preferably in projects involving site selection,
architecture / construction approval processes and implementation of franchise
standards.
Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution
ability; relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities;
Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate
and break through.
Flexibility to travel throughout the Region.
Up to 15% annual bonus potential and Up to £1,800 monthly bonus
