• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers across the commercial catering and hospitality sectors
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking and market activity
• Qualify incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits across the West Midlands and surrounding areas
• Recommend suitable commercial catering equipment and servery solutions
• Prepare accurate quotations and commercial proposals
• Present equipment solutions and discuss technical requirements with customers

• Background in B2B sales, business development or account management
• Experience in commercial catering equipment, hospitality, or food service industries
