Business Development Manager | Complex Care

Location:

London, with travel across London and the South of England Salary:
From £50,000 DOE, plus commission/bonus RJS Resourcing is working with a growing complex care provider to find a Business Development Manager who can build strong referral relationships and bring in new care opportunities across London. Package

· Hybrid working, with one to two days per week at the Hampshire office; the rest of the week can be spent working remotely or on the road

· The opportunity to play a key role in growing a complex care service This is a relationship focused role. You'll get to know the people who commission and refer complex care packages, understand what they need from a provider, and work with clinical and operational colleagues to get new services up and running. Responsibilities Build relationships with ICBs, CHC teams, case managers, NHS services and Local Authorities Identify opportunities for new complex care packages across London Manage opportunities from the first conversation through to contract award Work with clinical and operational teams to support the setup of new care packages Contribute to tenders, framework applications and bid submissions Attend commissioner meetings, provider forums and industry events Maintain a clear pipeline of opportunities and develop a sustainable growth plan for the region Requirements Proven business development experience within healthcare A good understanding of complex care, CHC and healthcare commissioning Established relationships with ICBs and a track record of developing them Experience securing new business through commissioners, case managers, NHS services or Local Authorities Confidence presenting, negotiating and building relationships at different levels A commercial approach backed by evidence of achieving growth targets A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South of England For full details, please apply with your CV.
