The Role As a Sales Valuer, you will:
Conduct property valuations and provide accurate market appraisals Win new instructions and build a strong pipeline of properties List properties to the market and maximise their sales potential Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process Promote and sell the company's services and benefits Identify opportunities to generate new business and grow market share Sales Valuer requirements:
