Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a progressive organisation based in Birmingham who are looking for multiple French Speaking Outbound Customer Service Advisors to start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team on a full-time temporary basis with a strong possibility of going permanent.

Job Role:

* Making outbound calls and sending emails to businesses to generate interest

* Asking questions to understand needs and qualify leads

* Build and maintain relationships with potential clients

* Booking meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects

* Keep CRM records up to date with all activity

* Working with the team to improve lead generation and sales results

Skills and experience:

* Experience with in an office based role

* Fluent French speaker

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

* Ability to adapt to diverse industries and client requirements
