Client Liaison Manager

Avery Healthcare Group runs this 12-month fixed-term Client Liaison Manager post across two of its care homes, covering sales and marketing for both. The role centres on filling each home with its agreed client base and meeting budget targets for revenue. It is split across two sites, with a pipeline of prospective residents to track and regular contact with care influencers to build.

A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are needed, along with a DBS check.

• Manage the sales and marketing processes in each home and run the Sales & Marketing Department day to day
• Meet and exceed budget targets
• Fill the homes with the agreed client base and maximise revenue
• Ensure sales targets and Sales & Marketing deadlines are met, in line with brand standards
• Answer general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, including brochure requests, internet enquiries and other channels
• Maintain the pipeline of potential residents and when they are likely to move in
• Develop new contacts and keep regular contact with key care influencers
