Regional Commercial Finance Sales Executive x2 Centre

James George Recruitment is working with an ambitious and fast-growing commercial finance Brokerage. They are looking for two experienced Sales Executives to join their team.

You’ll start at their brand-new head office in the centre of Birmingham. After an initial few weeks of onboarding, you’ll move into a regional, field-based role, getting out in front of clients across the Midlands.

This is a great opportunity for an established finance salesperson who enjoys face-to-face selling to join a business that is investing heavily in its people, its premises and its growth.

The role
:

• Spending the first few weeks office-based in Birmingham, getting to know the team, products and funder panel
• Then moving into a regional role, meeting clients face to face across the Midlands
• Generating and developing new business opportunities with SMEs and commercial clients
• Advising clients on finance solutions, including asset finance, leasing and business loans
• Building and managing a strong pipeline from enquiry through to payout
• Working with a wide panel of funders to secure the best outcome for each client
• Developing long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

About you
:

• At least 3 years’ sales experience in commercial finance, ideally within a brokerage
• A background in leasing, asset finance, business loans or another commercial lending product
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Self-motivated and driven, with the confidence to build your own pipeline
• Comfortable working independently in the field and meeting clients face to face
• Based in the Midlands, with a full UK driving licence
