What You'll Be Doing
As our Groups & M&E Sales Team Leader, you'll take ownership of group and residential event enquiries from first contact through to arrival, ensuring every client receives a professional, seamless experience.
You'll:
- Lead the management of group accommodation and M&E enquiries.
- Respond to RFPs, quotations and corporate booking requests.
- Build strong relationships with clients and agencies to maximise conversion.
- Manage room blocks, contracts, rooming lists, deposits and billing.
