Overview
We are looking for experienced SIA Door Supervision staff to join our team in Birmingham. Applicants preferably should have experience working in Security and have a Driving Licence. We are looking for someone who is smart and approachable and will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Shifts:
11 hours. Rate Of Pay: £12.21 per hour.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Assess customer suitability for entry and resolve issues effectively
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents
- Support venue operations through assertive and proactive presence
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Promote health and safety awareness
- Previous experience in security
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
