Static Security Officer

Overview

Novus Altair Ltd is an SIA, ACS approved security guarding company based in London, certified under ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.

• Monitor and patrol premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
• Control access to the property, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, and take appropriate action.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and report any safety hazards or security breaches.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity and reassure guests and staff.
• Liaise with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Monitor security cameras, alarms, and other surveillance equipment to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to coordinate security efforts.

• Valid SIA Licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Own vehicle preferred (useful for traveling).
• Excellent timekeeping and experience in the security industry.
• Willingness to work both scheduled and emergency duties.
