Monday to Friday 05:00 hours to 17:00 hours

Average of 60 hours per week

• Security Manned Guarding & Reception Supervisory duties
• Access/Egress Control Duties
• Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignment via CCTV Monitoring Duties
• Switchboard Operation
• Performing regular Health and Safety checks
• Regular and accurate report writing
• Dealing with First Aid situations as/when they arise
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests
• Proactive interaction with customers, tenants, authorised visitors and general public offering superb customer service
• Dealing with deliveries, enquiries and reporting any issues on site
• Covering all required security related duties as/when required

• Applicants must be aged 18 with a valid SIA License
• Most Hold CCTV SIA Licence and Frontline Licence (Essential)
• Fire Marshall and Full Clean Driving Licence desirable (Desirable)
• Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history
• Proof of right to work and live in the UK
• Very smart with an excellent command of the English language
• Public Facing experience
• Able to work as part of a Team and also on own initiative
• Approachable and Diplomatic
• Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ when applicable
• High expectation of customer service delivery
• Flexible and willing to learn new procedures
