Pay: £12.52 / hour

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 05:00 hours to 17:00 hours. Average of 60 hours per week.

• Security Manned Guarding & Reception Supervisory duties
• Access/Egress Control Duties
• Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignment via
• CCTV Monitoring Duties.
• Switchboard Operation.
• Performing regular Health and Safety checks.
• Regular and accurate report writing.
• Dealing with First Aid situations as/when they arise.
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.
• Proactive interaction with the customers, tenants, authorised visitors and general public offering superb customer service.
• Dealing with deliveries, enquiries and reporting any issues on site.
• Covering all required security related duties as/when required.

• Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.
• Most Hold CCTV SIA Licence and Frontline Licence (Essential).
• Fire Marshall and Full Clean Driving Licence desirable (Desirable).
• Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.
• Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
• Very smart with an excellent command of the English language.
• ‘Public Facing’ experience.
• Able to work as part of a Team and also on own initiative.
• Approachable and Diplomatic.
• Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ – when applicable.
• High expectation of customer service delivery.
• Flexible and willing to learn new procedures.
