- Oversee and support site security operations across the Club’s estate
- Ensure robust security compliance within a high-profile, fast-paced environment
- Provide a welcoming and professional first impression to staff, VIPs, visitors and stakeholders
- Conduct regular patrols of Club sites as required
- Identify, report and escalation security breaches or notable incidents to the Security Operations Manager or nominated deputy
- Monitor and operate CCTV, access control, fire alarms and intruder alarm systems according to Club procedures
- Act as the main point of contact for emergencies
- Coordinate with Police, Fire and Medical services for effective communication and safe incident resolution
- Maintain accurate records and respond to onsite incidents professionally
- Current SIA Security Guard and SIA CCTV Operator Licence, or willingness to work towards them
- Previous experience in a similar Security Officer role
- Availability for shift patterns including days, nights, evenings and weekends
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to respond to and attend onsite incidents
- Experience managing and resolving challenging situations professionally
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Integrity and discretion
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships with different audiences
