We're working with a respected and established company within the fire and security sector, who are now seeking an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer to join their team covering Birmingham and surrounding areas.

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding across a range of systems including fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control.
• Work on both commercial and residential sites to ensure systems remain compliant, operational, and maintained to the highest standards.
• Represent the business on-site, providing excellent customer service, completing detailed reports, and working independently or as part of a team.

• Proven experience in a fire and security service role.
• Knowledge of systems such as Hikvision, Texecom, Paxton, Honeywell, etc.
• Familiarity with British Standards (BS5839 desirable).
• Full UK driving license (essential).
• ECS/CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated attitude.

• £35,000 - £42,000 basic salary depending on experience.
• Fully equipped company vehicle and fuel card.
• All tools, uniform, and PPE provided.
• Door-to-door pay and regular paid overtime.
• Training, industry certifications, and clear career progression.
