What We're Looking For
We seek a reliable, enthusiastic Field Service Engineer with a passion for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing water dispensers and coffee machines, along with strong electro‑mechanical skills.

• Perform preventative maintenance and sanitisation on boiling taps, water dispensers, and coffee machines.
• Install and commission commercial coffee machines and water equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out call‑out repairs.
• Ensure optimal performance and taste quality of coffee and water systems.
• Provide customer training on equipment use and maintenance.
• Complete detailed service reports and job documentation.
• Maintain stock levels and parts in the service vehicle.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years in water dispensers, coffee machines, vending, or similar field (preferred).
• Strong electro‑mechanical diagnostic and repair ability.
• Basic plumbing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Professional and reliable.
• Ability to manage van stock and field operations independently.
• Full UK driving licence required.

• Pay: £38,000 – £40,000 per year (depending on experience).
