The Role:
Field-based position covering the Midlands, including:
Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and surrounding areas
* Service, repair and install a variety of white goods appliances (focus on washers & dryers)
* Deliver strong first-time fix rates and exceptional customer service
* Maintain accurate job records and manage van stock
* Work independently and collaboratively with the wider engineering team
What We’re Looking For:
* Experienced White Goods Engineer with strong domestic appliance repair skills
* Confident diagnosing and repairing multi-brand appliances
* Full UK driving licence
* Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
* Gas qualifications (CCN1 / CKR1) beneficial but not essential
