Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver various working-at-height projects according to job specifications.
Follow method statements, risk assessments, and safety regulations.
Analyze and resolve mechanical/technical problems efficiently.
Prioritize safety in all tasks.
Accurately complete all PDA works promptly.
Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and contractors.
Maintain and care for all company equipment and materials.
Uphold a professional company image with corporate clothing and a clean company van.

Skills and

Qualifications:

Proven experience in fall protection and working ong planning and problem-solving skills with risk management experience.
Skilled in installing roof access safety systems such as Latchways, Capital Safety systems, abseil anchors, davit systems, handrails, and eyebolts.
Team player with a flexible, dynamic approach.
Full valid driving license essential.
Experience in team supervision or management with a track record of providing training and coaching.
Engineering/installation background with proficiency in using small hand tools and battery-operated tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledgeable in work at height PPE and associated equipment.
