Position: Multi Trade Operative
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Birmingham
Contract: Permanent (PAYE)
Bonuses: Pension, Holiday Allowance
Think Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative based local to Birmingham to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Social Housing properties across Birmingham.
Duties- Carry out Planned / Reactive Maintenance within social housing properties across the Midlands.
- Work in a mixture of Tenanted and Void properties.
- Perform Carpentry work (primary job), plus basic Plumbing, Painting and Tiling.
- Carry out Snagging works once new Kitchens / Bathrooms have been installed.
- Experience in a similar role within domestic properties.
- Experience with in Social Housing / Local Authority properties is desirable.
- Valid Diving licence (essential as you will be required to carry out a mobile role).
- Full DBS cleared if successful.
- Carpentry qualifications would be advantageous.
40 Hours, Full Time.
