Carpenter Multi Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance
Birmingham Area
An established contractor is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join a large, fast-paced social housing repairs and maintenance contract covering over 20,000 properties across Birmingham, including high-rise buildings. This is a secure, long-term opportunity within a well-established and expanding contract.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out high-quality carpentry repairs and multi-trade maintenance works in occupied and void properties
- Complete jobs efficiently, aiming for first-time fixes
- Work to agreed budgets and timescales
- Support site inspections and quality checks when required
- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety standards
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Full UK driving licence
Experience working within social housing
This role offers stable work within a respected contract and the opportunity to be part of a dedicated and supportive team.
Temp to perm
£21 - £23 per hour
