Multi Trade Operative – Birmingham

£36,000 – £41,000 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across all aspects of specialist and secondary trades.
• Complete works efficiently within required deadlines.
• Deliver a first class service to properties covering Birmingham, Stoke and surrounding areas.
• Provide good customer care.

• Experience in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring and roofing.
• Valid UK driving licence – company vehicle provided for work use only.
• Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
• Eligible to work in the UK – no visa sponsorship available. Required to reside in England or Wales during employment.
• Strong customer care skills.
