As a Painter and Decorator, you’ll enjoy a long term, self‑employed role with a company van and fuel card, as well as ongoing work opportunities. • Carrying out painting and decorating work on tenanted social housing properties
• Preparing surfaces, including patching and sanding
• Painting and finishing various surfaces to a high standard
• Addressing any issues related to damp and mould within properties

• Previous experience in social housing
• Experience working with damp and mould
• A full UK driving licence and the ability to commute reliably

• £19 per hour
• Company van and fuel card provided
• Ongoing contract with the potential for further opportunities
• Long-term, consistent work
