Known for our fast, friendly customer service, they are expanding our service team. What We're Looking For We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Field Service Engineer with a passion for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing water dispensers and coffee machines, as well as strong electro-mechanical skills.

Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and sanitisation on boiling taps, water dispensers, and coffee machines. Install and commission commercial coffee machines and water equipment. Respond to breakdowns and carry out call-out repairs. Ensure optimal performance and taste quality of coffee and water systems. Provide customer training on equipment use and maintenance. Complete detailed service reports and job documentation. Maintain stock levels and parts in the service vehicle.

Requirements

Experience:

2 years in water dispensers, coffee machines, vending, or similar field (preferred).

Skills:

Strong electro-mechanical diagnostic and repair ability Basic plumbing skills Excellent communication and customer service Professional and reliable Ability to manage van stock and field operations independently Driving Licence:
