We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV,metering and home decarbonisation. This role will be within our Metering team ,youlljoin the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas,electricity and water meters. Our meter readers install,maintain and manage meters to make sure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored.

Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? Youllinvestigate, detect, and prevent gasand electricitytheftin residential and commercial properties.

Youllbe responsible formaking sureinstallationsare made safe andwill workwith the supplier toagreewhat further action is to betaken.

You'llcollect evidence and provide information to the client todecidenextsteps. Youllbeinvolved indebt recovery work;this may include carrying out metering tasks such as installing a SMART meter or de-energising/disconnecting the supply. Do you take pride in your customer service skills?

Previous experience as a Revenue Protection Officeror in conflict management would be useful butnot essential in thisrole;allyoullneed isa positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Are you joining on a non-technical or single fuel basis? Youllalsobe upskilled by the company to become a qualified dual fuel engineer!

Youllget full training on revenue protection and conflict management. Whatyoullbring Valid UK driving licence-You must havea full UK licence and have lessthat6points. Strong customer service background with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Whatsin it for you? Salary:
Single fuel - £36,431 per annum for full time role Single fuel (3 phase/CT) £37,515 per annum for full time roles Candidates joining on a single fuel basis willbe required to upskill to dualfuel,upskill training will be provided by the company. The salariesstatedabove apply during theinitialtraining period, and upon full qualification at the dual fuel level, will increase to £42,28 Dual Fuel - £42,285 plus £2k attendance and safety bonus per annum for full time roles Dual Fuel (3 phase/CT) - £43,370 plus £2k attendance and safety bonus per annum for full time roles We offer a range of benefits designed to support your life in and out of work, some of which include:
