What you will do:

Lead and manage a caseload involving children and families, utilizing your excellent court work skills to deliver trusted outcomes.

Produce high-quality court reports and assessments, adhering to strict timescales.

Provide guidance and support for social workers within the team.

Develop strong partnerships with children, young people, families, and other professionals.

Facilitate team meetings and contribute to service development and improvement.

Ensure all interventions are in line with legislative frameworks and standards.

This position within the Children in Care team requires your excellent court work skills. Your ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines, producing court reports and assessments, is essential for this role.
