• As a Social Work Senior Practitioner, you will leverage your extensive experience in court work, planning for permanency, and your adept skills in preparing CPRs and Annex A reports.
• Your expertise in conducting detailed parenting and viability assessments, as well as drafting comprehensive final evidence, will be critical.
• We are looking for someone who can navigate complex risk assessments with confidence and produce exceptional written documents that meet rigorous standards.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage assessments with a focus on permanence planning for children.
• Prepare high-quality court reports and participate in legal proceedings as required.
• Conduct insightful parenting and viability assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop robust care plans.
• Mentor and support junior staff to enhance team capability.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures concerning service delivery.
