Senior Social Worker – Assessment & Short Term Intervention Team, Birmingham, UK
• Full-time • £30.57 hourly
• 3-month contract.

• Conduct high-quality family assessments in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to provide the best outcomes.
• Engage in team meetings and maintain open communication with colleagues.
• Be office-based for three days each week, utilising strong communication skills to achieve shared objectives.
• Advocate for children and families, offering support and guidance to improve their circumstances.
• Identify potential risks and provide appropriate interventions to safeguard children and promote their welfare.
