Senior Social Worker - Child Protection, South

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Qualified Social Worker to join Birmingham City Council's Child Protection Team (South). This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team, making a meaningful difference to the lives of children and families.

Rate: £30.57 per hour (Umbrella)

• Manage complex child protection cases while ensuring statutory compliance
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff and practitioners
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to safeguard children
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and best practice

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding
• Strong case management, decision-making, and communication skills

• DBS checks processed and paid for by Eden Brown Synergy
• Twice-weekly payroll for timely payment
• Dedicated recruitment consultant support throughout your assignment
• Referral bonus for recommending colleagues or friends
