Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Practitioner to join the Learning Academy Team at Birmingham Children's Trust.

Pay Rate: £33.30 per hour (Umbrella)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward‑thinking Learning Academy Team, supporting the development of social work practice and helping to shape the next generation of social workers. You will play a key role in mentoring, coaching and supporting practitioners while promoting high standards of practice across Children's Services.

• Strong experience within Children's Social Care services
• Ability to mentor, support and develop social workers and newly qualified practitioners
• Excellent safeguarding, assessment and case management knowledge
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to promote best practice and support continuous professional development
• Experience working within a multi‑agency environment

• Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
• Registered with Social Work England
• Significant post‑qualified experience within Children's Services
• Previous experience at Senior Practitioner level or equivalent

• DBS check processed and paid for by Eden Brown Synergy
