Hollymount School is seeking a Family Support Worker on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027. This 35-hour week role runs term time plus 5 training days and 3 weeks, aimed at improving life outcomes for children and families through advice and signposting to support services.
You will coordinate attendance, work with the Deputy Head, and collaborate with external agencies to ensure access to statutory and voluntary services while supporting staff development.
