RequirementsHold a full driving licence and have access to a car.
Experience as a Family Support Worker with knowledge and skills to undertake direct work with vulnerable primary and secondary aged children and their families.
Ability to work full-year, including school holidays.

We are a bespoke service, offering a diverse range of support packages to the most vulnerable children and their families in local schools. We work across the midlands, Newcastle under Lyme and Oxfordshire, providing 1:1 support in around 18 primary schools/High schools.
As a Family Support worker, you will be working directly with the individual children, their parents/carers, and working collaboratively with key staff in school to deliver a package of tailored interventions to strengthen and improve their outcomes, to build their resilience and help them to be the very best they can be.
