NASUWT is seeking a Member Support Advisor to join the Member Support Services Team in Birmingham. The role provides advice, information and guidance to teachers on employment and membership matters, via a busy telephone advice line and email.
You will work flexibly on a rota covering hours between 8:00 am – 6:30 pm as required by the service. The position is 35 hours per week, permanent, with hybrid working based in Rednal, Birmingham.
