Victim Support invites applications for an IDVA Team Leader to lead Birmingham’s new Family IDVA Service. This part-time role (30 hours) is hybrid, overseeing 5 Family IDVAs and ensuring trauma-informed support for families affected by domestic abuse throughout the city.
The post involves line management, supervision, coaching and performance support, with close collaboration to strengthen referrals across partners and embed a high-performing team culture.
