Victim Support is recruiting an IDVA Team Leader to guide a new Family IDVA Service in Birmingham. The role combines leadership with frontline pop-up service delivery, coordinating a team of IDVAs to provide trauma-informed support to families affected by domestic abuse.
The post is part-time (30 hours/week) and hybrid, requiring visibility across Birmingham's Family Hubs. You will work with partners to ensure high-quality, safe interventions while developing staff and service practices.
