Marchant Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Welfare Officer to lead pastoral support and safeguarding interventions across a large Birmingham secondary academy. Working with the DSL, pastoral leaders and external agencies, you will provide care for vulnerable students and monitor wellbeing across the campus.
You will log concerns on CPOMS, conduct 1:1 welfare checks, coordinate IHCPs and first aid, track attendance and work with families to remove barriers to learning.
