Teacher Active is recruiting an experienced Family Support Worker for our Children’s Centre service in Birmingham. The role involves direct work with children aged 0–19 with SEND and close collaboration with parents, carers, schools and health professionals.
You will deliver Stay and Play, parent support sessions and practical emotional support to families. We value safeguarding, relationship-building and cross-agency teamwork.
