The Council of the Isles of Scilly is recruiting two Casual (Zero Hours) Strengthening Families Practitioners with a focus on SEND & Inclusion to join our team on the Isles of Scilly. You will develop outcome-focused education, health and care plans for children with special needs and work with families to meet needs early, using a strengths-based approach.
You will collaborate with multi-agency partners, follow safeguarding standards, maintain records, and contribute to a flexible service
