We're looking for a compassionate, proactive, and resilient Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join our Homes & Communities team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting residents, resolving complex issues, and making a genuine difference to people's lives.

Every day, you'll work with residents, colleagues, and partner agencies to tackle anti-social behaviour, support vulnerable individuals, and help build thriving neighbourhoods where everyone feels safe and respected.

Interviews will take place on Tuesday 3rd November

• Managing a varied caseload of anti-social behaviour and safeguarding cases.
• Listening to and supporting residents affected by ASB, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout the process.
• Working closely with local authorities, police, support services, and community partners to find effective solutions.
• Investigating complaints, gathering evidence, and taking appropriate action where necessary.
• Promoting early intervention and prevention measures to reduce future incidents.
• Preparing documentation for legal action and attending court hearings when required.
• Contributing to community safety initiatives and continuous service improvement.

You’ll be someone who can balance empathy with professionalism and who is confident handling challenging situations sensitively and fairly.

We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates who have:

• Experience managing anti-social behaviour cases within housing or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of housing, safeguarding, and ASB legislation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to help others.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
