Designated Safeguarding Lead; Non-Teaching

This non-teaching support role in the Child Protection Team at Manor Church of England Academy leads on child protection and keeps safeguarding arrangements in line with Trust and statutory guidance. The post holder works directly with pupils on child protection, child in need or early help plans, and those who are looked after. Close work with social workers, police and youth offending services, a busy caseload and some meetings outside school hours set it apart.

• Lead on child protection issues across the academy
