Birmingham-based software house is looking for a hands-on Lead Fullstack Developer / Technical Lead to own architecture, tech stack, and best practices for a small development team.

• 5+ years cloud full-stack development
• 2+ years in a Senior / Lead role with mentoring experience
• Node.js, Type Script, C# (.NET)
• React, Type Script
• Strong SQL + Mongo

• Azure (App Services, Azure Batch)
• Azure Dev Ops (CI/CD, pipelines)

• Lead architecture across Node, React & .NET
• Stay hands-on in the codebase
• Design scalable cloud and data solutions
• Mentor developers and set technical standards
