OverviewWe are inviting a junior Data Analytics Engineer to join our Analytics team that is building a next-generation eCommerce intelligence service for retailers and manufacturers. The role is ideal for someone who embraces challenging tasks, offers innovative technical solutions, and takes initiative.
About the roleYou will help develop new analytical services that enable customers to analyze eCommerce data. The work involves collecting, processing, and presenting large volumes of data using Snowflake, dbt, Sigma, and Python. You will also support the migration of existing services to Snowflake, rewriting data pipelines and adjusting dashboards to the new technology stack in collaboration with the BI and Architecture teams.
Responsibilities- Design and build scalable and resilient Data & Analytics solutions
- Automate data workflows and optimize processing for performance and cost
- Develop new data pipelines and improve existing ones using best practices
- Design efficient, scalable data models for fast and accurate reporting while minimizing cost and query complexity
- Monitor and optimize data warehouse costs with Snowflake's cost‑management tools
- Engage in proof of concepts and experiments
- Coordinate with Infrastructure to secure necessary permissions and share technical insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering or similar (Master’s a plus)
- 1+ years of related work experience
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL with at least 1 year of data automation experience
- Hands‑on experience with at least one cloud data warehouse platform:
Snowflake
, Big Query, or Databricks. Snowflake dynamic tables, tasks and procedures experience is a plus. - Hands‑on experience with Git Hub Actions or Git Lab CI/CD
- Solid understanding of designing and optimizing data pipelines and models in a cloud environment; ETL experience using dbt (or similar tools)
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Looker is a plus
- Problem‑solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex data issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Diligence and time management
- Automation and performance optimization mindset
- Experience developing solutions in a Cloud environment
- A natural interest in modern data processing technologies and continuous learning
- Passion for rapid development and delivering high‑quality code
- Working experience in an Agile environment (Jira, Asana, Confluence)

Experience:
AWS, GCP or Azure - Familiarity with agentic AI and RAG systems
- Experience developing AI‑powered applications, including integration with LLM APIs
