We are hiring a hands‑on Senior Software Developer (Lead level) to join a growing UK-based team working on scalable backend systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features end‑to‑end and working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver backend features and systems
Take ownership from development through to production
Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
Collaborate with product and technical stakeholders
Contribute to technical decisions and support other developers

Requirements

Strong backend development experience with C#/.NET
Experience with microservices or distributed systems
Solid understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD
Strong communication skills and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

Experience mentoring or leading developers
Automated testing and Agile experience
Location:

UK (1 day per week in Tarporley)
