• Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support junior practitioners to enhance their skills and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align goals and optimize resources.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior practitioner role or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and delivering results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software, tools, or technologies related to the position.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Hours Per Week: 35.00

Start Time: 09:00

End Time: 17:00

Pay Per Hour: £24.52
