• Prove C# experience on commercial software development.
• Lead by example and mentor junior engineers.
• Work as a C# / .Net WPF developer to develop cutting‑edge software products.
• Translate business requirements into software solutions: research, develop algorithm, program C#.
• Estimate, design and implement logic delivering system functionality, test solutions from end‑user perspective.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum environment, work to sprints.
• Collaboration and excellent communication, problem solving skills.

• Experience with C#, .Net 3.5/4.0, Win Forms, SQL Server, T-SQL, WCF/WPF, Crystal Reports.
• Experience in commercial boxed software product development.
• Research and development of algorithms.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, problem solving, ability to mentor.

This is a permanent role based in Midlands area, commutable from Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Solihull, accessible by public transport.

Salary up to £45-50K, 25 days holiday, pension.
