Senior Service Now Developer

You will play a vital role in configuring and customising the Service Now platform for ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and GRC modules within Service Now.

• Configure and customise the Service Now platform
• Debug and fix technical issues
• Write clean, efficient and maintainable code in Service Now
• Conduct code reviews and quality control checks
• Contribute with unit tests using the team’s automated testing framework, participate in code reviews, pair programming and UAT defect resolution

• Service Now implementation experience
• In-depth knowledge of Service Now ITSM product; familiarity with ITOM (Discovery, CMP, Service Mapping), GRC, IRM
• Proficiency with Service Now development including scripting, Flow Designer (low‑code/no‑code), and integrations
• Experience working with Agile methodology such as Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations
